For the Artist activity badge we have or will complete requirements 1 , 2 & Option
3 , 4 , 7 & 8. For homework complete one of these 5 ,6 , 9 , 10 or 11 on page 102. Homework to be complete by the Nov. 30. Thanks Bob

For the Nov. 2 meeting we will be working with clay . Scout should bring a old t -shirt or smock to cover their uniform. I'll have extra shirts and wippies for clean up.

Our next den meeting is Monday Nov. 2 @ 5:30. We will be working on the Artist Activity Badge. Make sure that you bring your work on the Citizen Belt Loop. We will meet @ Ron's garage.

FYI- If your scout still needs to do a service project to complete his requirements for the citizenship belt loop the City of Oceanside is having a River Cleanup on Nov. 7th. You can go to their website for more info www.OceansideCleanWaterProgram.org

Hi Dragons...... Just a quick update. The scouts finished up the citizen activity badge last Monday. They need to work on the citizen belt loop for the next meeting. The schedule has yet to be determined. We are going to try and come up with a schedule at the Green Oaks camp out next weekend. The boys can work on their citizen belt loop. They have to chart a weeks worth of jobs around the house that they must do. They need to make a poster showing things that they can do to be a good citizen. And lastly, they need to do a service project, with family, den, or pack. We have nothing planned so do it with family. This will be turned in at the next meeting. Remember work on all requirements for the Webelos badge that you can do at home, page 49. Work on your rockets for next weekends camp out, at least glue them together and shape it.

Our last popcorn site sale is this Sunday at Albertson's Quarry Creek from 10 - 2. Nic & Brad are selling from 10-12; Brennan & Nathan are selling from 12-2.

Dragon Meetings Scheduled??

Hi Dragons, Can one of the leaders send out a list of the future meeting dates, times, and places, please? We'll be at the camp-out next weekend and hope to catch up on information we have missed at the past two meetings. Enjoy the weekend :)

Popcorn

We need more scouts to sell popcorn this weekend, Sat. 10/3 at Albertson's Quarry Creek. Time slots are between 12 - 5. Please let me know if you can sell anytime during that time period.

Last night we started working on the Citizen Activity Badge. We practiced 2-7 on pages 144-145. We will go back over them next Monday night at Ron Kemps house. A 5:30 mtg.. The scouts need to practice #1 on page 144 and do 2 of (9- 17) on 145-146 for next week. We gave all the scouts their own notebook for homework assignments for future meetings. They need to bring them along with their Webelos handbook to all the meetings. Parents please read pages 1-22 and sign the books on page 49 for next week.

Tonight we will be working on the Citizen Activity Badge. I will post later on what we covered and what is needed for next week.
